Reports to: Information Technology Operations Analyst II

Department: Information Technology (IT)

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Information Technology Operations Analyst will be responsible for of Heil Environmental daily information technology execution and information technology reporting compliance. The position will partner with Business Applications Manager, Dover Central lead teams, and 3rd Party vendors to support the systems/tools/applications stakeholders require to operate their functional area and meet all information system audit requirements. Some travel to meet with stakeholders and observe processes may be required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

  • Support end user processes, and ticketing for Information Technology support across ESG.
  • Work with the Business Application Manager to ensure technology infrastructure supports all project requirements.
  • Design workflow and process strategies to improve targeted business performance.
  • Designs and develops processes to monitor and measure operational Information Technology performance.
  • Coordinate IT SoX Controls compliance for IT infrastructure.
  • Work with 3rd party vendors and engaging appropriate Dover level resources to ensure IT operational performance across the enterprise.
  • Compile and present management reports on the IT Operations performance including metrics, project deliverable status, etc.
  • Some travel is required up to 20%.
  • Other duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Systems, or similar is required or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding of Software solutions, business functions, workflows, and processes.
  • Experience supporting in working with enterprise scale applications is preferred.
  • Customer oriented approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Results-oriented self-starter with excellent communication skills and strong management skills.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills required.
  • Excellent written and great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong report writing abilities, an aptitude for analyzing data, and great business acumen.
