This position is based out of the headquarters office in Boise, ID and works in-office 3 days a week.

You Will:
  • Process accounts payable transactions, including processing a high volume of invoices daily
  • Sort mail
  • Scan documents
  • Work with Excel reports, sort within existing documents and download queries
  • Use multiple computer applications throughout the AP process
  • Identify and initiate process improvements
  • Work with accuracy
  • Work in a team environment

  • Provide outstanding customer service to our customers
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned
You Have:
  • Basic Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Knowledge of accounting procedures and computer-based accounting (ERP) systems
