Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced NetSuite Administrator to join our exceptional team. The NetSuite Administrator will play a pivotal role in maintaining, optimizing, and improving our NetSuite platform. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience as a NetSuite Administrator and a strong commitment to teamwork. Responsibilities:

  1. NetSuite Administration:

    • Manage and maintain our NetSuite instance, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
    • Configure, customize, and implement NetSuite modules as needed to support business processes.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite-related issues and provide ongoing support to end-users.
  2. Integration and Data Management:

    • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate NetSuite with other business systems and applications.
    • Ensure data integrity by performing regular data imports, exports, and data cleansing activities.
  3. User Training and Support:

    • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize their efficiency and effectiveness with NetSuite.
    • Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.
  4. Security and Access Control:

    • Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure data security and compliance with company policies.
  5. Customization and Enhancement:

    • Identify opportunities for system improvements and optimization and lead efforts to implement enhancements.
    • Stay up-to-date with NetSuite releases and new features to leverage the latest capabilities.
  6. Collaborative Teamwork:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and operations, to understand their needs and align NetSuite solutions accordingly.
    • Collaborate with third-party vendors and consultants as necessary.
  7. Reporting and Analytics:

    • Create and maintain customized reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
  • Strong expertise in NetSuite administration, customization, and configuration.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare revenue processes is a plus but not required.
  • NetSuite certifications are a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
