Quality Control Inspector -Rough Rice

Job Description
Supreme Rice is looking for a Quality Control Inspector in our Rough Rice department in Mermentau. This position inspects product for quality and food safety issues.
Must have good attention to detail, some familiarity with computers and able to work in a dusty environment. This position typically works 7am to 5pm M-F and some Saturdays. During Harvest July - October, this position works 7am-7pm, 7 days a week.

Duties
- Inspect product, weigh, sample and grade grain
- Measure bins
- Enter data from samples into computer system
- Report all food safety issues to supervisor to initiate action
- Good attention to detail
- Computer skills
