Specialist, Workforce Management (IT)

General Purpose of the Job

A Workforce Management Specialist is accountable for the execution of the Workforce Management Service. They will utilize the NICE IEX Workforce Management software to process schedules, create and distribute reporting, and analyze data trending.

They will work closely with Support Supervisors and/or Mangers to ensure Service Levels are met while managing their workforce.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generate schedules for various support groups using the NICE IEX Workforce Management software
  • Perform staffing, SLA, and trending analysis
  • Plan and Communicate Saturday, Holiday, and On-Call staffing
  • Facilitate agent moves, schedule changes, etc. for agents across call center segments.

Education and Experience

  • High School Diploma (required)
  • 0-2 years' experience in Workforce Management

Specialized Experience, Education, Training, or Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of Applications
  • 1 - 2 Years' experience in a Workforce Management position (preferred)
  • Presentation Development and execution of reporting and analysis (preferred)

Salary/ Wage Range

$18.56-$27.26 / hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
