Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW:

This position will be responsible for supporting the Henry Schein Orthodontic (HSO) regional team and customers with the implementation, onboarding, and growth of Reveal Clear Aligners. They will work directly with the HSO Orthodontic Sales Specialist and Aligner Customer Care team in assigned territories, with all aspects of aligner sales and account support. They will be responsible for driving the ideal patient journey with Reveal Clear Aligners and providing the upmost customer experience. This includes but is not limited to: actively engaging assigned customers, complete onboarding and implementation of Reveal Clear Aligners, and coordinating communications with Orthodontic Sales Specialists (OSS). Additionally, this individual will enhance the customer experience through the timely management of communications regarding Reveal Aligner training, product inquiries/ trouble shooting, case submissions, and ongoing customer needs.

Additional responsibilities include supporting the drive for incremental aligner sales and market share within our customers by providing ongoing education, training efforts with practices, and positioning Reveal Aligners as a complete, innovative solution for their clear aligner needs. They will develop, communicate and implement sales and training strategies designed to accomplish specific aligner volume growth internally and externally.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Visiting key Reveal Aligner locations that require additional training. This may include case submission, treatment plan review, patient communication, marketing implementation etc.
  • Complete onboarding process of Reveal Clear Aligners within new locations (live or virtual)
  • Working in practices and via video conference to insure they maximize the potential of integrating the Reveal Clear Aligner System.
  • Review monthly Reveal Clear Aligner activity with each OSS and ORM.
  • Understanding aligner market trends, practice and patient needs and requirements.
  • Performing practice evaluations and giving recommendations on how to successfully integrate the Reveal Clear Aligner system into the office.
  • Ensure every office is utilizing all available Reveal Aligner marketing tools to maximize office-to-patient communication and case acceptance.
  • Provides ongoing support to all Orthodontic Sales Specialists within the region.
  • Proactively contact locations (in-person or remote) to convert stagnant aligner cases.
  • Contact individual locations with low sales or need for more attention and support.

In addition to the essential duties and responsibilities listed above, all positions are also responsible for:

  • Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures, including WorldWide Business Standards.
  • Adhering to Company policies, procedures, and directives regarding standards of workplace behavior in completing job duties and assignments.
  • Performing duties in a professional way, supporting Ortho Organizers' Quality Policy. Must understand, follow and comply withregulatory requirements as applicable to various processes. An understanding of FDA Quality System Regulations (21 CFR 820) and ISO Standards (ISO 13485) is required.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Must develop proficient knowledge of Clinical Dental and Orthodontic terms and anatomy, Reveal Aligner Product Line and Aligner Digital Interface
  • Technically adept
  • Ability to work remotely and travel 30%-40% of time
  • Intraoral scanner experience preferred.
  • Clear aligner therapy experience preferred.
  • Orthodontic experience preferred.
  • 3 or more years of related clinical dental experience

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

Typically 2 to 4 or more years of increasing responsibility in terms of any applicable professional experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.

TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Travel typically less than 30-40%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
