The Graduate Assistant position in the Office of UG Admission is designed to support the undergraduate team in achieving strategic enrollment goals.

The candidate will support the admission staff with a variety of daily and weekly tasks and help fulfill tasks while the recruitment team is on the road. Some of the responsibilities include: assisting with the campus visit program, including visit presentations, travel to key high schools and college fairs to promote Lipscomb University, weekly phone calls to students to discuss their application timeline and items needed for admission, helping out with events such as Lipscomb Friday's, and any other duties requested by the leadership team within the office of UG Admission. This opportunity will also have a strong emphasis on records management, data entry, and CRM database maintenance.

Experience with program coordination and implementation, working closely with undergraduate students; and experience in a higher education desirable but not required.

Understanding of Lipscomb University and the ability to communicate the mission clearly and effectively

Ability to work with a team but to also work independently

Willingness to travel if necessary to represent Lipscomb at college fairs and other events for interested families

Ability to work with data and specifically to have an attention to detail
