Position Summary:

The Customer Service Specialist role will be responsible for professionally responding and interfacing directly with inbound customer service calls of established accounts, not limited to fulfilling orders and/or special requests.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:

  • Answer inbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Make outbound calls for issue resolution, customer follow up, and customer communication.
  • Interacting with multiple locations, the call center ensures that customer's needs are met timely and accurately, and all policies/procedures specific for each location are followed accordingly.
  • A qualified candidate will serve as a customer service liaison communicating with each RBG Business Unit accordingly to provide information for daily business functions.
  • Provide a high-level of customer service to all customers in accordance to their issue/request.
  • Other projects or duties as assigned.
