Vaco is actively seeking an Agile Product Owner for a direct-hire position with our client in Memphis.

Product Owner Summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our product development efforts in alignment with business goals and customer needs. As a key member of the Agile team, the Product Owner will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Requirements:

  • Manages team development progress and provides updates to leadership, product management, and stakeholders.
  • Utilize Agile methodology to promote efficient project management processes.
  • Direct story creation for teams and partners with the Scrum Masters to facilitate team story backlog.
  • Communicate project vision and user stories to development teams.
  • Lead regular demonstration and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements.
  • Partner with agile scrum master, other technology teams, and stakeholders to test and deliver features in the team backlog.
  • Demonstrated skills utilizing Kanban, Scaled Agile Framework, Agile, and/or Scrum processes.

  • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
  • licensure and certification requirements;
  • office location and other geographic considerations;
  • other business and organizational needs.

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
