Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Develop and maintain quality applications using Angular, interfacing with Rest APIs.
  • Participate in the complete software development lifecycle, contributing to defining solutions, estimating efforts, and delivering high-quality work.
  • Engage in Docker and Azure pipelines for efficient application deployment.
  • Support and upgrade existing MVC and WCF-based applications.
  • Lead technical discussions, offering alternative solutions to ensure the best outcome for the team.
  • Mentor Junior Developers, guiding them in best practices and quality code production.

Highly Preferred:

  • A US Citizen or Green Card holder for a minimum of 3 years, able to pass an IRS background check.
  • Highly experienced with Angular applications, Rest APIs, and .NET Framework 4.7+.
  • Proficient in C#, Entity Framework or Dapper, MVC Applications, MS SQL Server 2012+, Visual Studio Team System, Team Foundation Server, Azure DevOps, and git.
  • Minimum 3 years of AGILE SCRUM development and experience in developing Unit Tests using nUnit, MSTest, or a similar framework.
  • Demonstrated ability as a mentor for Junior and Mid-level Developers.
  • Excellent team spirit and collaboration skills, with experience working with Azure cloud technologies.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure pipelines.
  • Familiarity with MassTransit, RabbitMQ, and Azure Service Bus.
  • Knowledge of the Orchestration-based Saga pattern.
  • Background in the financial services industry, especially in transaction processing environments.
  • Experience in migrating .Net applications to Azure using PaaS technologies.
  • Practice in secure development.
