Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield's Technology and Data Solutions team is a leading commercial real estate corporate function committed to delivering innovative
and technology-driven solutions. We seek a highly skilled and experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team and
support our Valuation & Advisory business. The candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to enhance existing solutions
and innovate new ones. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of proven experience in the technology field, with a strong preference for
candidates with a background in commercial real estate.

Job Description

Requirements Gathering and Analysis:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their objectives, processes, data, and requirements.

  • Conduct a thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify gaps and areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Document detailed current and future state business requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness, and alignment with organizational goals.

System Design and Documentation:

  • Design and document system architecture and functionality based on business requirements.

  • Develop process flows, user stories, use cases, data flows, and data mapping to facilitate a clear understanding of system interactions.

  • Work closely with development teams to ensure system designs align with business needs, enterprise technology and data framework, and industry best practices.

System Integration:

  • Evaluate and help define integration solutions to streamline processes and enhance system efficiency.

  • Collaborate with technology teams to help integrate new and existing systems seamlessly.

Coordination:

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

  • Facilitate the flow of information between different departments and project stakeholders.

  • Ensure alignment of project activities with organizational goals.

Product Evaluation:

  • Evaluate potential technology solutions/products based on functionality, compatibility, and alignment with business needs.

  • Help support the solution/product selection process.

  • Ensure selected solutions/products meet or exceed agreed-upon standards and contribute to the overall success of projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with a focus on information technology.

  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in the commercial real estate industry.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of system design, data analysis, and coordination.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience with relevant technologies, tools, and methodologies in the IT and real estate sectors.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

  • Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
