Job Description

Title: Social Media Specialist - Marketing and Communication

Location: Maury Regional Medical Center

Position Shift: Full Time Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p

Position Summary:

The social media specialist is responsible for leading social media strategies including, but not limited to, developing a master content calendar, identifying methods to reach key target audiences, creating compelling content and developing a reporting dashboard. The ideal candidate is highly motivated and will possess strong critical thinking, organizational, project management and written and verbal communication skills. Advanced knowledge of all major social media platforms and associated reporting tools is required. Experience using Hootsuite and Adobe Creative Suite products is preferred. This position reports to the department director and will work closely with Marketing & Communications Department staff to collaboratively develop content, ensure deadlines are met, measure campaign performance and make strategic recommendations to improve consumer engagement.

Credentials / Education:

* Bachelors in related field Preferred.

* 5 years of Related Experience Required.
