Job Description Summary

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator is a part of the Residential Division Marketing Team and is responsible for coordinating marketing projects from initiation through post-mortem reporting. The Marketing Coordinator also has responsibilities in supporting tasks for writing content across assigned channels such as social media and email as needed. This position is ideally suited for a recent graduate or someone with up to a year of experience who is interested in pursuing a broader marketing role versus specializing in a specific channel or function.

What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

  • Manage tasks for the marketing team in Asana
  • Maintain content calendar
  • Maintain up-to-date sales collateral and sales enablement materials such as sales presentations,
    battle cards and sales sheets
  • Assist with SharePoint organization and digital asset management
  • Assist in the development of marketing briefs for projects and campaigns
  • Assist with content curation including research on topics for blogs, emails and social posts
  • Assist in writing content for blogs, emails, social posts, webinar scripts, landing pages, etc as needed
  • Assist with internal communication with key stakeholders on status of projects and routing drafts of work for review and approval
  • Assist with reporting including pulling data and analytics from Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Marketo and Salesforce and assist with writing post-mortem reports that outline what worked, what did not, key learnings and go forward actions
Qualifications

What We're Looking For (Minimum qualifications)

  • 0-3 years of general marketing experience preferred
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt in the areas project management, time management, creative thinking, and written and oral communication skills.
  • Natural curiosity in learning about Software as a Service (SaaS), real estate and multifamily
  • Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity but with the ability to clarify needs to advance projects
  • Professional attitude
  • Proficient writer and proofreader
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing preferred
