What You Will Do as a Inside Sales Representative:

As an Inside Sales Representative, your daily responsibilities involve engaging with potential and existing customers to drive sales and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Customer Outreach: Initiate outbound calls, emails, or other communication methods to connect with distributors.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business. Keep accurate records of customer interactions utilizing CRM tools.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct presentations on product & service with new and existing customers. Address inquiries & objections to showcase the value proposition effectively.
  • Goal Achievement: Work towards monthly sales goals and continuously adjust strategies to meet or exceed goal.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to develop a strategy for success within assigned accounts
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and sales techniques. Participate in training to enhance skills and knowledge.

This dynamic and fast-paced role requires effective communication, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a commitment to achieving sales objectives.

Skills for Success:

  • Proven Sales Experience & Success:
    • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience with a track record of quantifiable achievements, including revenue growth, market share capture, and successful expansion of existing accounts.
  • Negotiation Skills:
    • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex deals. Provide metrics on negotiation success rates and deals closed after negotiation.
  • Pipeline Management:
    • Consistent success in maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities and a high probability of closing deals.
