Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the regional strategy for corporate dining operations, aligning with overall company objectives. Provide visionary leadership to a team of managers, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of corporate dining facilities within the region, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness. Implement efficient operational processes to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand their needs and expectations. Collaborate with clients to customize dining solutions that align with their corporate culture and objectives.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and cost control measures. Analyze financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, food quality standards, and service excellence. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of managers and staff. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes professional growth and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in corporate dining operations management at a regional or multi-unit level (5+ Years)
  • Strong understanding of culinary trends, nutrition, and food service industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.
