The Ideal Candidate

The Product Line Manager works in close partnership with the Senior Product Line Manager and their Design and Development counterparts to deliver innovative, market relevant, and on-brand seasonal product. In addition, this position works with the Associate Product Line Manager to coordinate a smooth and flowing product management cycle. This position will also help manage functions related to market research/opportunities, category management, and sample processing. They will cultivate close working relationships with key stakeholders across the business to manage the flow of information and product needs.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • A contributor to the product briefing process, providing market and competitor data, helping shape new product opportunities.
  • Help read and analyze forecasts and create consolidated sales reports from both Retail and Wholesale partners to monitor current performance and identify future opportunities as well as style/article efficiencies.
  • Works with Design and Development partners to maintain SKU targets, avoiding duplication, meeting cost targets, and maintaining healthy margins.
  • Aid in product creation and maintenance in internal product management systems as needed to provide quicker information to internal partners.
  • Assists with the management of samples, including development prototypes, advanced samples and bulk sales samples.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of the line sheets leading up to key milestone meetings.
  • Coordinates organization and maintenance of product workrooms, however needed.
  • Assists in proofing collateral sales tools, such as catalogs, components, hang tags, POP, packaging, and label/logo information.
  • Works closely with all Product Development teams to ensure all necessary tasks are completed to keep the department running as efficiently as possible.


Experience and Skills You'll Need to Have
  • 3-5 years in footwear line management required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Ability to develop networks and maintain fair, open and honest relationships across functions.
  • MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Normal office environment with some travel required.
