WinnCompanies is searching for an experienced and innovative Social Media and Digital Content Manager to join our team in Nashville. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing and monitoring all project company social media accounts within the WinnMilitary portfolio to achieve established resident communication and reputation management goals. You will develop original content that promotes high levels of resident engagement and manage posts, private messages and reviews as well as respond to followers in partnership with the project Marketing & Communications Manger and leadership team.


  • Manage project social media accounts and respond to posts, comments and reviews in a timely manner.
  • Partner with the onsite Marketing & Communications Manager or Community Services Manager as well as project leadership to answer questions/reviews on social media to provide meaningful and accurate responses.
  • Develop a content calendar to manage proactive social media posts that align with business goals. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily that promotes high levels of resident engagement.
  • Partner with the company graphic designer/s on design work (graphics, collateral, video, etc.) for use on social media platforms.
  • Oversee social media accounts' design (i.e. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, company information and photo galleries.)
  • Suggest and implement features to develop brand awareness such as promotions and competitions.
  • Support project website management and maintenance. Serve as a subject matter expert for website related questions, complete website content updates as requested and assist with user management and team member training.
  • Define important social media KPIs. Provide regular reporting on social media engagement and reputation management trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media and reputation management.
  • Associate's degree
  • 1-3 years relevant experience
  • Current driver's license in good standing
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external customers
  • Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
  • Experience with website management (HTML, Flash, Java experience preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of professional marketing or social media management
  • 1-3 years of property management or real estate industry experience
  • Basic proficiency with photography, photo editing software, and video editing
