Job/Internship Description

Are you an undergraduate student in need of fulfilling internship hours? Fraser is offering a great role for people who are looking to advance their clinical careers as well as fill internship requirement. No experience is required and we provide paid training.

We are seeking to hire Behavior Technicians in various locations around the Twin Cities Area for our rapidly growing ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Program! If you are interested in Behavioral Analysis and/or have experience working with individuals working with children with or without special needs, come apply and we will provide training, support, mentorship, and growth and career opportunities. Depending on your previous experiences with children, you may have different responsibilities but all positions support Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions with clients aged 2-7 years old!

About the Behavior Technician Role:

As a Behavior Technician, you will help shape the future of individuals by providing early intervention for kiddos with an autism spectrum (ASD) or related conditions. You will enjoy creating and working in a fun, playful setting to help individuals achieve their goals by teaching the social, behavioral and daily living skills they need to succeed. Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Passionate about building a better, more inclusive world for children of all abilities
  • Ability to pass DHS background check
  • Reliable transportation (e.g. Uber, public transportation, own vehicle)

Available Locations and Schedules:

  • Brooklyn Center, Bloomington, Coon Rapids, Eden Prairie, Maple Grove, Minneapolis, Woodbury
  • Opening SOON: a new Clinic in Burnsville
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
  • Full time and Part-time Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
