Job Purpose:
We are looking for a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Executive focused on developing large market new revenue growth through value-based BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) Solutions selling across the Alight Benefits product portfolio.
Job Summary:
The Enterprise Sales Executive must be able to effectively drive large market new revenue growth across the Alight Portfolio. Assigned territory will be industry based and the sales executive has end-to-end responsibility for driving creative, bundled solutions that demonstrate our "One Alight" advantage for the entire portfolio (Benefits, Payroll, Cloud, and Consumer Experience).
The sales executive ideally has a background in Large Market Benefits and will become a generalist in the entire Alight portfolio. The individual will work with assigned Solution Architects who are product experts and pre-sales support.
The sales executive must be capable of executing the full sales cycle, understands our competition, and be the trusted advisor to their assigned clients. This individual must be able to effectively collaborate with Alight sales colleagues, delivery executives, the value engineering team, solutions advisors and product experts.
This is an individual contributor role who will report directly to an Enterprise Sales Vice President.
