Electrical Control Panel Assembler – 4 Day Work Week + Up To $2,500 Signing Bonus!
At Altronex, we design, fabricate, install and service automation systems for the municipal water industry.
Altronex Control Systems, a division of L.W. Allen, LLC. (www.lwallen.com), is seeking an Electrical Control Panel Assembler to join our team in Madison, WI. Come work in a flexible, small company culture where you are not just a number! Our panel shop assemblers work in a clean, temperature-controlled environment. We are a custom shop so you will get a variety of work. This position could also lead to future job advancements in the company. We like to promote from within!
Desired skills & qualifications include (but will train):
• Basic understanding of electrical equipment;
• Panel modifying and wiring;
• Safe operation of hand and power tools;
• Drilling, tapping, and mounting components;
• Ability to read basic electrical drawings;
• Must be highly motivated, detail oriented, able to work independently, as well as being a team player.
• Working well with your hands and having great pride in your work is a major asset.
• Must be able to legally work in U.S.

M-F 8-4:30pm, Flexible OT Available On Your Schedule
Salary and Benefits
$17-$19+ per hour. Starting wage is based on experience. Up to $2,500 signing bonus!
4 day work week with flexible OT available on your schedule. We also offer 401k with employer match, paid vacation plus paid sick time, health insurance, fully paid dental and life insurance, optional short-term disability & additional life insurance. Yearly holiday bonus, holiday party and fun, paid, team building outings.
