Job Description
The Andrew Agency of Allstate Insurance is seeking a licensed service and sales professional that can effectively service existing accounts, cross sell existing accounts, and drive business into the agency with our lead process.
Candidates will be paid up to an hourly wage of 20.00 , receive sales commission on both cross selling and outside selling as well as a year end bonus. If you are more experienced then you will be offered an even greater compensation package.
As an LSP you will have:
- State of Wisconsin Property and Casualty Licenses
- A proven independent track record that can function with little direction from the agent
- Excellent communication skills
