Key Role:

Work with diverse teams designing business processes and conducting market, competitive, and business analyses as an experienced summer hire during a 10-week internship. Deliver management consulting insight on organizational design and redesign and business processes. Assist with the analysis and implementation of process improvements and market and competitive assessments as a member of the project team. Apply expertise in a particular domain to manage projects with little or no supervision. Interact with junior- to middle-level staff for information and data collection. Supervise and review the work of junior personnel and provide development.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in the military or in another governmental organization within the intelligence community

-Knowledge of military operations, DoD, OODA loops, decision making, and direct and indirect leadership

-Ability to influence superiors, subordinates, and peers alike with excellent arguments based on a balanced and thoughtful mixture of data, experience, and insight

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree and scheduled to obtain an MA or MS degree by the summer of 2020

Additional Qualifications:
-TS/SCI clearance preferred
