The goal of the Operations Development Program is to aggressively develop professionals who have career aspirations and the potential to assume, at minimum, Plant Management Staff positions.
 

TWO-YEAR ASSIGNMENTS IN THREE OF THE FOLLOWING:

• Production Supervisor (first assignment)
• Buyer
• Manufacturing Engineer
• Material Analyst
• Quality Engineer

• Engineering Manager
• Materials Manager
• Procurement Manager
• Plant Superintendent
• Quality Manager

• Exposure to different projects within different business unit areas
• Technical and behavioral training to support your success
• Gain advanced skills working with a Plant Manger and Operations Director in a mentoring relationship
• Early project responsibility

• Opportunity to raise the bar on your talent

• New Graduates or Experienced Professionals (3-10 years) - Experience preferred
• Hold a degree in: Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials Science, Operations Management, Supply Chain or Technology
• Flexibility to relocate and hold a variety of positions
• Interest in upward mobility, growth, and holding management roles
• High level of self-motivation, initiative, and self-development
