PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS
New Graduates or Experienced Professionals (3-10 years) - Experience preferred
Hold a degree in: Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Materials Science, Operations Management, Supply Chain or Technology
Flexibility to relocate and hold a variety of positions
Interest in upward mobility, growth, and holding management roles
High level of self-motivation, initiative, and self-development
